We had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. The room had all the amenities we needed, a nice kitchenette and comfortable bed. Good size too so plenty of room for our bags. It was quiet at night and we slept really well. It’s just a short drive from Hokitika or a 15ish min walk. We had breakfast in our room every morning which was very handy!

The kitchenette was great. Used it all the nights we were there. Alround clean and tidy. Well maintained. Proximity to beach, shops and local attractions was handy. No noise coming through walls of neighboring units was great. Easy parking. Shower Handle for accessing the shower/bath was most useful. A secure and safe environment. Friendly owner Karen and staff.

This is a motel in the old school style...Rooms entering off the courtyard. The pool looked inviting/didn't get a chance to use it. We had car so getting to the center of town was easy: otherwise probably a 10 min walk . The room was clean and the beds were comfortable/unremarkable. The staff was very accommodating... patient with our questions about the area. It was also only about a 1/4mile from the Glow Worm Glen.

Great welcome, clean rooms and plenty of space for 2 people. Great facilities within the room if you wanted to cook a meal, have a spa bath.

Was a great unit. One bedroom. Enough beds for 4. Pretty well full kitchen. Stove toaster microwave kettle. Able to prepare my own meals. Host/manager was excellent. Very helpful. Easy access to unit.

Lovely staff. Clean rooms. Affordable. Easy parking out the front of your room. Have already re-booked for another stay. Easy access out onto the main road. Short drive into town, small convenience store only a 1 min walk away.

Easy check in, clean and tidy, quiet and had everything we needed. Easy to find on the main road. Our rooms were serviced daily which I hadn't;t expected but they have an eco policy which means we kept our towels and could recycle so that was great. we were ablate sign in to our Netflix on the smart TV and the kitchen had everything we needed and more.

Room was large and had all that we required. Located on the edge of town but for us it was close enough that we could walk in the evening to the local eateries.
